Ingredients

Steamed Tilapia Ingredients:

  1. Naturally Better Tilapia Regal Springs fillet: 100 g
  2. Lime: ½ fruit
  3. Sliced green onion: 10 g
  4. Minced garlic: 2 cloves
  5. Sliced ginger: 1 cm
  6. Sliced lemongrass: 1 stalk
  7. Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
  8. Fish sauce: 1 tbsp
  9. Sesame oil: 1 tbsp
  10. Broth: 100 ml

Grilled Tilapia Ingredients:

  1. Naturally Better Tilapia Regal Springs fillet: 100 g
  2. Lime: ½ tsp
  3. Ground pepper: ½ tsp
  4. Garlic powder: ½ tsp
  5. Grated ginger: 1 cm
  6. Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
  7. Tomato sauce: 1 tbsp
  8. Paprika powder: ½ tsp
  9. Onion oil: 2 tbsp

Deep Fried Tilapia Ingredients:

  1. Naturally Better Tilapia Regal Springs fillet: 100 g
  2. Lime juice: ½ tsp
  3. All-purpose flour: 250 g
  4. Cornstarch: 10 g
  5. Garlic powder: 1 tsp
  6. Ground pepper: ½ tsp
  7. Seasoning: ½ tsp
  8. Ice water: 300 ml
  9. Cooking oil as needed

Porridge Ingredients:

  1. Rice: 250 g
  2. Broth: 1000 ml
  3. Salt: ½ tsp
  4. Crushed ginger: 2-3 cm
  5. Sesame oil: 2 tsp

Additional Ingredients:

  1. Sliced green onions to taste
  2. Sliced fried dough sticks to taste
  3. Soy sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare a pot, add the ingredients for the porridge, and stir until evenly mixed.
  2. Cook over low heat until done, stirring gently occasionally.
  3. Steamed Tilapia: Cut the Regal Springs Tilapia fillets into cubes and place them in a steamer basket.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and squeeze in some lime juice. Stir well.
  5. Heat the steamer, then steam the Regal Springs Tilapia fillets for 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat.
  6. Grilled Tilapia: Cut the Regal Springs Tilapia fillets into cubes and marinate them in tomato sauce, garlic powder, ground pepper, grated ginger, soy sauce, paprika powder, and lime juice.
  7. Heat a grill pan, add garlic oil. Grill the Regal Springs Tilapia Fillet until browned. Remove from heat.
  8. Deep fried Tilapia: dice the Regal Springs Tilapia Fillet and add lime juice.
  9. Prepare a bowl and mix the ingredients: all-purpose flour, cornstarch, ground pepper, seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  10. Add the Regal Springs Tilapia fillet pieces to the flour mixture and stir.
  11. Then soak in ice water for 1 minute. Return to the flour mixture and stir again for 1 minute.
  12. Heat the oil and fry the Tilapia pieces until golden brown. Remove and drain.
  13. Pour the porridge into a large bowl, top with steamed Tilapia, deep-fried Tilapia, grilled Tilapia, sliced cakwe, and sliced scallions.
  14. Serve the Tilapia porridge 3 ways with soy sauce as a side.
