Ingredients:

  1. Regal Springs Tilapia Fillet: 200 g
  2. Chicken egg: 1
  3. Salt: ½ tsp
  4. Black pepper: 1 tsp
  5. Sugar: 2 tsp
  6. Broth powder: 1 tsp
  7. Paprika powder: 1 tsp
  8. Fish sauce: 2 tbsp
  9. Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp
  10. Sesame oil: 3 tbsp
  11. Garlic, minced: 2 cloves
  12. Carrot, grated: 30 g
  13. Scallions, sliced: 20 g
  14. Cornstarch: 40 g
  15. Seaweed: 3-4 leaves
  16. Cooking oil: as needed

Dough:

  1. Wheat flour: 100 g
  2. Cornstarch: 10 g
  3. Broth powder: 1 tsp
  4. Garlic powder: 1 tsp
  5. White pepper powder: ½ tsp
  6. Baking powder: ½ tsp
  7. Egg white: 30 g
  8. Ice water: 200 ml

Additional ingredients:

  1. Sweet and spicy sauce

Instructions

How to make:

  1. Prepare a food processor and puree the tilapia with the eggs, salt, pepper, granulated sugar, bouillon powder, paprika powder, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Then, place them in a bowl, then add the chopped garlic, spring onions, grated carrots, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Prepare a bowl and combine the wet ingredients. Stir until evenly distributed.
  4. Prepare the seaweed sheets and spread the batter on them, then flatten them lengthwise and roll them up.
  5. Then, cut them into pieces and dip them into the wet batter.
  6. Heat the cooking oil and fry the tilapia seaweed rolls for 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  7. Serve the tilapia seaweed rolls warm with the sweet and spicy sauce.
