Ingredients:

  1. Regal Springs Indonesia Tilapia Fillet 200 g
  2. Lime juice 1 tbsp
  3. Salt ½ tsp
  4. Ground black pepper ½ tsp
  5. Garlic powder 1 tsp
  6. Ginger, minced 1 cm
  7. Unsalted butter 60 g
  8. Garlic, minced 4 cloves
  9. Shallots, minced 2 cloves
  10. Green onions, sliced 15 g
  11. Red chili, minced 1 piece
  12. Granulated sugar 1 tsp
  13. Bouillon powder 1 tsp
  14. Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
  15. Fish sauce 1 tbsp
  16. Broth 200 ml

Sauteed Vegetables:

  1. Onion oil 3 tbsp
  2. Carrots, cut 100 g
  3. Broccoli, cut 100 g
  4. Cauliflower, cut 100 g
  5. Garlic, minced 3 cloves
  6. Salt ½ tsp
  7. White pepper powder ¼ tsp
  8. Bouillon powder 1 tsp
  9. Broth 100 ml

Instructions

  1. Marinate the tilapia with salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, chopped ginger, and lime juice. Mix well and marinate for at least 5 minutes.
  2. Heat some butter and pan fry the tilapia for 1 minute. Remove and set aside.
  3. Reheat the butter in the same pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the shallots, spring onions, and chopped red chilies. Sauté again.
  5. Pour in the broth, stir gently, and cook over medium heat until boiling.
  6. Reduce the heat, add the sugar, bouillon powder, tomato sauce, and fish sauce. Stir well.
  7. Next, add the tilapia and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat. Turn off the heat.
  8. Heat the onion oil, add the garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  9. Add the chopped vegetables and broth, stir, and cook until the liquid has reduced.
  10. Add salt, ground pepper, and bouillon powder. Stir until evenly mixed. Turn off the heat.
