Ingredients

Ingredients:

  1. Garlic, minced: 25 g
  2. Lime leaves, sliced: 4 pieces
  3. Ground chili: 1 tsp
  4. Chili flakes: 1 tbsp
  5. Seasoning powder: 1 tbsp
  6. All-purpose flour: as needed
  7. Cooking oil: as needed

Meatball ingredients:

  1. Regal Springs Tilapia fillet: 200 g
  2. Salt: 1 tsp
  3. Ground pepper: 1 tsp
  4. Granulated sugar: 2 tsp
  5. Bouillon powder: 1 tsp
  6. Baking powder: ½ tsp
  7. Fried shallots: 2 tbsp
  8. Fried garlic: 2 tbspEgg white: 1
  9. Ice water: 100 ml
  10. Tapioca flour: 100 g

Instructions

  1. Prepare a food processor and blend the meatball ingredients. Then let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare hot water in a pot, then shape the meatball dough into balls and put them in the pot.
  3. Cook the meatballs until they float. Remove, drain, and let cool.
  4. Cut the Tilapia meatballs into pieces, sprinkle with all-purpose flour. Stir.
  5. Heat the oil, fry the meatball pieces until golden brown. Remove and drain.
  6. Heat a little oil, add the chopped garlic, fry until fragrant.
  7. Add the lime leaves, stir and cook until browned. Remove and drain.
  8. Place the basreng in a container, add the garlic, lime leaves, chili powder, chili flakes and seasoning powder. Mix well and serve.
