  1. Regal Springs Tilapia Fillet: 200 g
  2. 1 lime
  3. 2 tbsp soy sauce
  4. 1 tsp black pepper
  5. 1 tsp grated ginger
  6. 75 g julienned carrots
  7. 75 g sliced ​​mushrooms
  8. 2 tbsp fish sauce
  9. 50 g mayonnaise
  10. 50 g blanched spinach
  11. 2 sunny-side-up eggs
  12. 50 g sliced ​​onions
  13. 30 g unsalted butter
  14. 2 servings white rice
  15. Nori flakes to taste

Sauce Ingredients:

  1. 2 tbsp gochujang
  2. 3 tbsp sesame oil
  3. 2 garlic cloves, minced cloves
  4. Apple cider vinegar: 1 tbsp
  5. White sesame seeds: 1 tsp
  6. Tomato sauce: 2 tbsp
  7. Palm sugar: 1 tbsp

Instructions

How to make:

  1. Cut the tilapia into pieces, then marinate them in soy sauce, grated ginger, black pepper, and lime juice. Marinate for at least 5 minutes.
  2. Take a bowl and add the sauce ingredients. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Heat some butter and sauté some onions until fragrant.
  4. Add the carrots, mushrooms, mayonnaise, and fish sauce. Sauté for 30 seconds, then remove from heat.
  5. Reheat the unsalted butter and sauté the onions again until fragrant.
  6. Add the tilapia pieces, stir gently, and cook for 1 minute.
  7. Add the sauce, stir, and cook for another 1 minute. Turn off the heat.
  8. Place the rice in a bowl, arrange the fried egg, mushrooms, and vegetables on top.
  9. Then pour the tilapia mixture over the rice, sprinkle with nori flakes, and serve.
