Veggie Fried Rice Ingredients
Rice: 500 g
Chicken eggs: 2
Chopped onion: 50 g
Chopped garlic: 30 g
Chopped shallots: 40 g
Sliced green onions: 20 g
Sliced large red chilies: 2
Chopped carrots: 50 g
Sweet corn kernels: 50 g
Chopped green beans: 50 g
Granulated sugar: 1 tsp
Fish sauce: 3 tbsp
Sweet soy sauce: 4 tbsp
Seasoning: 1 tsp
Onion oil: 5 tbsp
Tilapia Fingers Ingredients
Tilapia fillet: 200 g
Salt: ½ tsp
Ground pepper: ½ tsp
Lime: 1
All-purpose flour: 300 g
Ice water: 500 ml
Cooking oil: As needed

Instructions

How to make Veggie Fried Rice:

  1. Heat the onion oil, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add the chicken eggs, spring onions, and large red chilies, stirring randomly.
  3. Add the rice, carrots, sweet corn, and green beans. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Then add sugar, seasoning, sweet soy sauce, and fish sauce. Stir.
  5. Cook over high heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat.

How to make Tilapia Fingers

  1. Cut the tilapia into long strips, then marinate with salt, ground pepper, and lime juice. Set aside for a while.
  2. Add the tilapia strips to the all-purpose flour and stir.
  3. Then place the Tilapia pieces in ice water and soak for 1 minute.
  4. Next, place the Tilapia back into the all-purpose flour and stir.
  5. Heat the oil and fry the Tilapia Fingers until golden brown. Remove and drain.
  6. Place the fried rice in a lunch box and add the Tilapia Fingers.
