Ingredients:

  1. Tilapia Fillet: 200 g
  2. Salt: ½ tsp
  3. Lemon: ½
  4. Cut Potatoes: 300 g
  5. All-purpose flour: to taste
  6. Cooking oil: to taste
  7. Salad Mix: to taste

Dough:

  1. High-protein flour: 130 g
  2. Cornstarch: 10 g
  3. Garlic powder: 1 tsp
  4. Baking powder: ½ tsp
  5. Pepper powder: ½ tsp
  6. Flavoring: 1 tsp
  7. Egg white: 40 g
  8. Ice water: 200 ml

Mayo Dressing:

  1. Mayonnaise: 100 g
  2. Onion, chopped: 15 g
  3. Garlic, chopped: 10 g
  4. Powdered paprika: 1 tsp
  5. Liquid milk: 50 ml
  6. Parmesan cheese: 10 g
  7. Sweetened condensed milk: 3 tbsp
  8. Sesame oil: 3 tbsp

Instruksi

How to make:

  1. Prepare a stainless steel bowl and add the batter ingredients. Stir until well combined.
  2. Prepare a bowl and add the dressing ingredients. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Slice the tilapia into long pieces and season with salt and lime juice.
  4. Dip the potatoes in the all-purpose flour, toss, and set aside.
  5. Dip the tilapia pieces into the all-purpose flour and coat evenly.
  6. Then, dip them in the wet batter, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  7. Then, return them to the all-purpose flour. Stir gently.
  8. Heat the oil and fry the tilapia until golden brown. Remove and drain.
  9. Then, fry the potatoes until golden brown. Remove and drain.
  10. Place the tilapia and fries on a serving plate and top with the mixed salad.
  11. Drizzle with mayo dressing to taste and serve.
